  宇通客車海外營(yíng)銷體系成立于2006年,下設(shè)14個(gè)部門,銷售服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋歐洲、獨(dú)聯(lián)體、拉美、非洲、中東、亞太等海外主要市場(chǎng),產(chǎn)品批量遠(yuǎn)銷英國(guó)、法國(guó)、俄羅斯、以色列、智利、哥倫比亞、澳大利亞、馬來(lái)西亞以及港澳臺(tái)等國(guó)家和地區(qū);

  工作職責(zé):

  1、市場(chǎng)分析與目標(biāo)制定:在區(qū)域經(jīng)理或分公司經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下,完成所負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)的調(diào)研與規(guī)劃,制定市場(chǎng)策略及年度銷售目標(biāo),并實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)策略的有效落地及銷售目標(biāo)的達(dá)成;

  2、全面客戶關(guān)系建立:依據(jù)海外營(yíng)銷體系客戶管理政策,并結(jié)合市場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,通過多種渠道與方式建立和維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)全面客戶關(guān)系的建立及客戶需求的滿足;

  3、訂單達(dá)成:根據(jù)市場(chǎng)銷售目標(biāo),分析意向客戶需求及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),結(jié)合產(chǎn)品組合和價(jià)格組合,制定針對(duì)性的解決方案并同客戶進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判,以達(dá)成訂單,并跟進(jìn)訂單的落地執(zhí)行;

The products have been exported to a number of countries and regions, including the UK, France, Russia, Israel, Chile, Colombia, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

  Job responsibilities

  1. Market analysis and target setting: under the guidance of the regional manager, complete the market research and planning of the responsible market, work out the market strategy and annual sales target, and then conduct effective implementation of the market strategy and achieve the sales target;

  2. Establishment of comprehensive customer relationships: establish and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels and methods according to the customer management policies and the actual situation of the market in a bid to ultimately achieve the establishment of comprehensive customer relationships and the satisfaction of customer needs;

  3. Conclusion of orders: according to the sales target of the market, analyze the needs of potential customers and the competitive situation, combine product portfolios and price policy, work out corresponding solutions, and conduct business negotiations with customers to reach orders, and then follow up the implementation of orders.

   

  任職要求

  1、教育背景:本科及以上學(xué)歷(211、985院校畢業(yè)者優(yōu)先),理工科類、語(yǔ)言類、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、工商管理等專業(yè),有海外留學(xué)背景優(yōu)先;

  2、知識(shí)技能:掌握市場(chǎng)分析、客戶管理、項(xiàng)目管理、產(chǎn)品推介等銷售技能,熟悉外貿(mào)相關(guān)制度與流程,掌握一種外語(yǔ)且可作為工作語(yǔ)言,熟悉新能源產(chǎn)品者優(yōu)先;

  3、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):6年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)且其中3年及以上海外銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有海外本土企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;

  4、素質(zhì)要求:強(qiáng)烈的銷售意愿與成就導(dǎo)向意識(shí)、良好的人際溝通能力、合作精神。

  1.Education background: bachelor degree or above (211 or 985 college graduates are preferred), majors in science and engineering, language, marketing, international economics and trade, business administration, etc.; preferably overseas study background;

  2.Knowledge and skills: master sales skills such as market analysis, customer management, project management and product introduction; familiar with institutions and processes related with foreign trade; master a foreign language and can use it as a working language; preferably familiar with new energy products;

  3.Work experience: 6+ years of work experience incl. 3+ years of overseas sales experience; preferably work experience in overseas enterprises;

  4.Quality requirements: strong sales willingness and achievement-oriented awareness, good interpersonal communication skill, and team spirit.
